 Undoubtedly, by now I am convinced that I can be quite a challenging client/ customer, as I certainly on no account desire to negotiate with quality. On most occasions, on my observation, creative teams have either been poor listeners, run out on patience or believe that their imaginative space has been curtly invaded when they are perpetually hauled by fastidious clients…may be like me!
On the contrary, as a breath of fresh air, MINDKRAFT has always understood and delivered exactly what was needed and many a time even surpassed my expectations. Occasionally when it is difficult to communicate your thoughts into words, they simply understand your language & requirements and translate them into a pleasing and practical design with minimum fuss, cost effective and no nonsense. I have utilized their services in various projects on several occasions and I must say that their patience is commendable. The complimentary services offered to a National Sports Committee for Elite Athletes with Physically Disability verbalizes their devoted responsibility towards society as well. This makes working with them such a pleasurable experience altogether.
Robin, Aneesh & Sreeja are committed to efficiency along with customer satisfaction and repeatedly outshine themselves. The MINDKRAFT team has always been readily available to deal with any specific queries I have had, willingly listen & actively contribute with their customer focused approach. I appreciate I am a demanding customer but Robin is always agreeable to further develop concepts & ideas until he finds the right solution & most significantly he doesn’t hesitate to give constructive feedback when he believes it will not work. I have my personal visiting cards and letter heads too designed by them and continue to receive compliments for the styling & concept.
